The full registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, plenary sessions, exhibit hall, Children’s Map Competition, International Cartographic Exhibition, and opening reception. Lunch is not included in any registration fees. The Single Day registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, plenary sessions, and exhibit hall for only the date purchased. Exhibit Hall-Only passes grant access only to the Exhibit Hall for the date purchased.

No one under the age of 16, including infants, will be admitted to the exhibition or sessions at any time. Everyone 16 years of age and older must register. There are no exceptions. Proof of age may be required. Child care will not be provided.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, to ICC2017reg@conferencemanagers.com. To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $75 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by ICC no later than 11:59 PM PST on May 1, 2017 No refunds will be given starting May 2, 2017.

Substitutions are permitted at any time, and must be submitted in writing to ICC2017reg@conferencemanagers.com. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
